Taking part in an extended curriculum gives girls the opportunity to challenge themselves in new and different arenas. A wide variety of day trips and residentials are organised throughout the year to enrich curriculum learning outside the classroom.
Teamwork and cooperation are vital components in many activities. New skills are learnt and developed, and information is absorbed in fun situations, drawing on the specific interests of each pupil.
With that in mind, we have an extensive variety of trips and visits for pupils from Reception upwards. We supplement this year-round with people of interest – professionals, experts, authors and educators - coming to visit us and bringing their enthusiasm for their specialist area into school.
