Our Year 10 students enjoyed a Mindset Team Building Day at the start of term, where CPO David R Garner and a team from the Royal Navy came into the school and delivered a day of group activities that encouraged teamwork, ingenuity, resilience and determination.
The girls took part in a variety of exercises, including indoor problem-solving challenges and outdoor team games. These activities supported the girls’ start into GCSE, as they showcased their personal strengths and developed friendships.
They then finished the day by building (and launching!) their own rockets, with a competition to see which group could build the most successful rocket.
The day was a great success, and the girls enjoyed every moment. Thank you to CPO David R Garner and the Royal Navy team for an amazing day!
