A group of 20 sixth form girls had a great time exploring Dublin with the English department. The two-day trip was packed with interesting activities.
After settling in, the girls kicked off the adventure with a walking tour of the city. They visited notable sites like the Oscar Wilde statue, Trinity College, and the Ha’penny Bridge. Dublin Castle and the National Gallery of Ireland were on the agenda for the afternoon, followed by some free time for shopping and exploring. The day wrapped up with a delightful group dinner.
Day two began with a walk to Christchurch Cathedral, offering a blend of history and spiritual reflection. The visit to the Guinness Storehouse added a touch of fun and cultural insight before the group headed home.
A fulfilling experience, combining cultural exploration, leisure, and camaraderie. The girls returned with fond memories and a broader perspective on Dublin's history and charm.
