Year 7 and 8 girls enjoyed three full-on days of activities on their residential at PGL in Shrewsbury.
The weather was a mixed bag, but that did not stop the girls from having a fabulous time, conquering their fears and loving the challenge of activities including problem-solving, abseiling, kayaking, giant high swings, high ropes and lots of team games.
There was plenty of fun around the campfire in the evenings, and although some of the girls were a little dubious about sleeping in tents and the odd unwelcomed creepy-crawly at times, they impressed staff as always with their resilience and confidence to try new things.
It was a very busy few days and certainly a lot of tired children and staff in school when they returned.
