We have three teams taking part in the National Tycoon in Schools Enterprise Competition this time round, Team Athena, Team Zodiac and Team Zero, two of which have been very active this week.
In 2017 one of our teams won the Sixth Form category of the competition and were presented with their award by HRH Prince Andrew, Duke of York at Buckingham Palace.
The competition is organised and held by Peter Jones (Dragons' Den) Foundation. It is designed to allow students to gain valuable hands-on experience of what is involved with running a business.
Team Athena members have created and branded juices and sweets which they are going to sell for various charities and this week have been selling them for breast cancer. The team have made good use of branding and we wish them the very best of luck with their business venture.
Team Zodiac have been busy making bracelets and bangles, working hard in the production process to get their business off the ground. Well done girls.
